Testimonial
In 2010 I attended a yoga class at Yogashala taught by Vincent. As a yoga teacher I was always interested in experiencing others classes. The first class had me hooked and I have been a regular participant of these classes since. So when the opportunity of a teacher training course came along I was eager to attend. Vincent has a great detailed approach to his teaching which leaves no stone unturned. This comes from an experiential learning process where information is personalised and made relevant. The information taken from this course along with what I receive from attending group classes and one on one sessions has assisted me in both my own practice and in my teaching.
