Laura is the director of the NZ School of Natural Healing 1996-2009, has a healing and astrology practice in Auckland and conducts talks and courses on esoteric subjects. She has a particular interest in the causes of events and their underlying purpose. Ageless Wisdom texts continue to provide illumination and method and are translated into modern idiom for the purposes of education.

In the past it was a rare occurence, a moment to pause, when someone took their courage in their hands and stood tall to challenge the established tide. The accepted or known history. Gary Cook’s journey into our past is a worthy one. It opens doors into a history that has been closely sealed for a long time. It is not a hard-edged history, but a gentle exploration of the land and its secrets. Above all it is a personal journey within which he places facts and artefact along side perceptions that are purely intuitive. While for the scientist there are dangers in that there are also great strengths. Many of the greatest discoveries of science have come from such flashes of insight. There is much to explore at the interface of science and spirit.
We will travel into the secret and sacred landscape of Aotearoa. A journey into the nature of special places within the land. Powerful and energetic sites will be explained, there locations shared. From Castle Hill to the Kaimanawa Wall, there is much to learn and experience.
We walk upon this Holy Land, and yet for the most part, do not realise where we are. It is easy to reconnect with the natural order, that then allows the spiritual self within to acknowledge who we really are and how our connection with the waters, the forests and the mountains is so essential. We live within a Sacred Landscape, there for all to re-claim and become part of. A time to remember. A time to find that we do not have to renew ‘connections’, but rather that we have always been connected. It is the time to remember who we really are.
