CST (craniosacral therapy) recognises the fundamental unity of all structural, physiological, psychological and energetic processes within the human being. By gentle touch, listening with the hands, perception on all levels and a willingness to open into stillness, the therapist can create the conditions to rediscover mind-body harmony, while working with the primary fluid that governs wholeness and well-being.
