Stall Holders Registration

Stall spaces are available at the festival.

Please note: only products listed will be allowed to be sold/promoted at the Yoga Festival 2012, if you would like to add anything to this list please send an update in writing prior to the start of the festival.
Please notify us of any changes.

Valid file types: JPG, PNG, GIF.

Stall Fees

Please note: At this stage, if required, stalls must supply their own gazebo/tent and signage.

Stall Cancellations

Due to the difficulty in organizing replacement stalls at short notice & time restrictions stall cancelations after the 1st April will incur a 50% charge of the total stall fee.

Important: When sending payment via bank transfer, please ensure your Exhibitor Stall Name is included in the payment reference so we can match your payment with your stall.

Kawai Purapura Management reserves the right to decline stall requests should they consider the business inappropriate for the Yoga Festival 2012.
